Google Drive: Cloud Document Storage
Google Drive allows live collaboration on documents, presentations and spreadsheets. This is where we store all Amanitas documents, whether they are work-in-progress or finalized.
Usage Rules
Our Drive Structure
Level 1:
- Folders can be recognized by capital letter names
- If you would like to suggest to add a new folder at this level, ask the Architecture of Collaboration team.
Level 2:
- each team has its own folder with its own number
- Anyone can add new folders for new teams. Please make sure to add the next available number in the title.
Naming of documents and folders
- Use lower case letters, except for Acronyms
- Always add dates at the end of the titles after an underscore with the format [month.year], for example Brazil_02.2017
- If you want to include a full date in the document title (for example for minutes), use the format day.month.year], for example minutes_11.26.2016
General rule: Observe and imitate!
If you go to the google drive, you will see that there are already many files with a defined naming structure. Please don't invent new ways of naming files, but copy the existing naming structure as much as possible.
