Fractal purpose driven structure

According to the Fractal Foundation, "fractals are images of dynamic systems – the pictures of Chaos". Inspired by the natural structure of the mushroom family Amanitas, we have 2 types of structural elements: fertile grounds (cricles) and mushrooms (projects/prototypes). Each element is driven by a clearly defined purpose that may evolve over time and is aligned with Amanitas' overall purpose.

A) Circles > The Fertile Grounds

Circles are universal Amanitas teams that hold core support functions such as Collaboration, Finance, Identity, etc. They constitute the fertile grounds and provide the energy and support necessary for Mushroom-projects to grow. As in nature, the ground is ever evolving and circles change as needed by Amanitas.

B) Projects/Prototypes > The Mushrooms

Projects or prototypes are like mushrooms, sprouting up with their own character and purpose for a time and then dying and returning to the ground, following the biorhythm of life.
