Overview Budget Management
In Amanitas, we collectively manage our budget, by sub-dividing our budget it into teams and projects. Each budget has its individual budget owner, which is *responsible* for it.
Overball budgets for each project and team are estimated every few months with support from the finance steward, but can change anytime dynamically, since we are using the advice process. Therefore, setting budgets beforehand is solely an exercise of for planning purposes, not a binding agreement.
The Finance Dashboard
This is where we manage our budget to together and keep track of the budgets of each sub-project. When you go to the dashboard, you will find some key explanatory notes directly in the document, to use it correctly. Please read them before using the dashboard!
